Keynote: K. Quinlan, Interest as a Motivator
Interesting talk 🙂 How does individual interest differ between subjects that require an interest/career-driven choice at university application stage (e.g Forensic Science) compared to standard A-Level subjects (e.g. Chemistry) where students can opt to do this as a degree because "It is the subject I was best at at school" i.e. where aptitude replaces interest as the reason to choose a course.
